Agreement Terms

Booking and Reservation
All clients must make bookings for group travel, black car travel, airport travel, corporate travel, events travel, and casino travel services in advance, subject to availability. Clients can make reservations via phone, email, or online booking platform.
Payment and Pricing
Clients must pay for services at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We determine prices based on the type of service, duration, distance traveled, and any additional amenities requested. Moreover, we may apply additional charges for extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the itinerary.
Cancellation and Refunds
If customers cancel within a specified timeframe, typically 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, we may charge a cancellation fee. Additionally, we issue refunds according to our company’s cancellation policy, providing credit or partial refunds, minus any applicable fees.
Service Standards
Our limousine service strives to provide reliable, punctual, and professional transportation for all clients. We maintain vehicles well, keeping them clean and equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
Driver Conduct

Liability and Insurance
While every effort is made to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings, the company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. All vehicles are fully insured and compliant with local regulations.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up/drop-off locations, flight details (for airport transfers), and any special requests or preferences.

In the event of any disputes or disagreements, clients are encouraged to contact the company’s customer service department to resolve the issue promptly and amicably.
